Every step of the way, Janet was there for me when I decided to sell my home and purchase a condo. She was very supportive and honest. She clearly explained all of the documents to me that I had to sign in the processes of buying the condo and selling my home. Most of the time, she was available to me even at ten o'clock at night. If she was not able to talk to me when I texted or called, she would advise me of when she could and then kept her word. When I decided to place my home on the market, she offered suggestions as to changes I could make even though I had recently made many upgrades to my house. She referred me to an excellent home contractor to complete some of the changes. She advised me as to what to expect during the process of both buying the new condo and selling my home. She even accompanied me to both appointments for the closing of my condo and then the signing of the deed to the couple that purchased my home. I found Janet to be very friendly, personable, and compassionate. She was also very patient and understanding of some of my apprehensions during the processes. When my initial bid for a condo fell through, she never gave up looking for another one. She even advised of the lending institution that I should contact, as they had the banking product that would allow me to purchase the condo while waiting for my house to sell. Janet was also very knowledgeable when it came to insurances, taxes, when to change utilities, who to call for home services, and the like. Janet was a terrific choice when we wanted to find a home to purchase in Tiffin, Ohio. She met with our college-age son and two if his friends first and she took them seriously, which many might not have. She treated these young boys just as she would a more mature potential buyer.
